To make sure you grab a subgenre in Jaikoz make sure to go into Preferences > Remote Correct > Discogs > and select Always Replace Vales and then choose Discogs Style and then Genere. However, be warned in some cases it will only pull in the major genre and not the subgenre if a “style” is not listed. It searches databases like MusicBrainz and can pull in a wealth of information. Jaikoz is an application that works on Mac, PC, and Linux OSs and while it does cost ~$30 it is a very powerful tool. There are some online tools that can get you part of the way.
